I intentionally chose three tildes (name without date) for that comment because it was of no real importance. It seems logical to date items if import but not necessarily every little notation, IMO. But I am aware of the four tildes and if it's preferred to always use four rather than three, even for just a short sidebar, then that's what I'll do from now on. :-)
