I have looked at the etpro admin guide and searched the forums and looked on this page and can find no explicit reference of where the semiadmin cvars actually go?

I have tried server.cfg and also manually created an admin.cfg (both in the etpro folder).

Can someone please clarify the file / location for these cvars?
